I would like to comment on the fantastic customer service we received yesterday from 3 Bunnings employees. Whilst looking for some timber, Joe came to our rescue and patiently helped us search through a pile of damaged goods. We found enough to finish our room renovation. A lovely gentleman cut the damaged timber for us - Joe was right beside us helping to unload it for cutting and reloading it. A third employee, I think his name was Brad, also came to assist us too. Such customer service is extremely rare and deserves a mention and a big thank you. Well done Bunnings, these staff members are wonderful and should be complimented on their customer service and all delivered with courtesy and smiling faces.
