The staff at Kingston are excellent. We were approached when buying a chainsaw, and Patrick helped us out. He went above and beyond with advice, and was so friendly. I would like to see more products in the store, in general though. Perhaps more tiles (even if you only have the whole range on display, but need to special order it in due to space restrictions in store).
