I hardly leave review anywhere but this time I have to leave one for Coles Bondi service. I was looking for my items but couldn't find it on the shelf. One staff member nearby offered me her assistance to look for that items and even walking me to the section, not just leaving me wondering by myself too long. She even offered to check at the storeroom cos the items I was looking for was only 2 left at that time. I ended up finishing all my week shopping at Coles Bondi cos the service was just amazing and helpful even though I don't live in Bondi and shop there regularly. Thank you to make me feel comfortable and your customer service at the store was great experience that I hardly ever see these days.
